Terms of use while in our hotel
• Check in after 15:00 pm, check out before 11:00 am
• In case of extended stay till 18:00pm, 50% of the price per night will be charged
After 18:00 it will be charged the whole amount
• Room cleaning and change of linen every 3 days
• Climate resilience tax is 2 euro per room, per day
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
• Additional household/electrical/ electronic devices & appliances are prohibited
• Cooking is strictly prohibited. Use of personal cooking appliances will result in a daily penalty of €100.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel room
• The hotel is not responsible for any stolen valuables items or other property of our guests. Also, the hotel is not responsible if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or the peculiar nature of the thing.
• For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit in advance is not refundable
• For cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged
• In case of early departure 50% of the total reservation as it was scheduled on days that are canceled will be charged
• In case of no show or cancellation upon arrival the full amount will be deducted
